Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrading is instant — downgrading applies from the next renewal date.

The 14-day trial is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so a payment method must be associated with your store account. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time before the 14th day at zero cost.

At the end of your 14-day trial your chosen plan renews automatically and you are billed the standard subscription price. You will receive a reminder notification before this happens. If you cancel before the trial ends, you retain access until the trial expiry date at no cost.

Yes. Under GDPR you have the right to your data at any time. Even after your subscription expires, the account management screen lets you export all your transactions as CSV. The export is always available regardless of subscription status — your data is yours.

We have strictly read-only access: it is technically impossible for us to move money, initiate transfers, or modify your bank account. Your bank login credentials are never shared with us.
