AuraInsights is an advanced personal finance and wealth management tool. Features include:
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your device. You must notify us immediately of any security breach.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement.
We use licensed Account Information Service Providers (AISPs) to connect to your bank. We are not a bank, financial advisor, or payment processor. We do not initiate transactions. The accuracy of bank-synced data depends entirely on the uptime and accuracy of your financial institution's API.
All content, trademarks, software, algorithms, and intellectual property within the AuraInsights application and website are the exclusive property of TINO DNT SOFTWARE S.R.L. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, engage in fraudulent activity, reverse-engineer our software, scrape data, transmit malware, or use it for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. AuraInsights provides financial analytics for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ${COMPANY_DATA.name} shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, loss of data, or decisions made based on the App's analytics.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks on third-party infrastructure, or banking API unavailability.
You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings -> Security & Privacy menu. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to reverse-engineer our software.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania.
